1. Project Overview
NodeFlo will support International Digital Partners in completing the technical setup, API validation, and launch testing for the Bullhorn and LinkedIn Apply Connect workflow.
This revised scope removes the public website job board, Framer CMS sync, careers page design, localization work, and careers subdomain setup. The project now focuses on the Bullhorn and LinkedIn integration path: making sure jobs are eligible to publish correctly and that LinkedIn applicants return into Bullhorn as expected.
The central idea: Bullhorn remains the source of truth, LinkedIn Apply Connect handles the native LinkedIn sync, and NodeFlo supports the technical configuration, API access, validation, and launch QA needed to make the workflow reliable.
2. Purpose & Utilization
Apply Connect is sensitive to account permissions, Bullhorn job fields, public URL structure, and administrator configuration. This work gives IDP a cleaner recruiter workflow without taking on a custom website build.

3. Scope of Work

Access & Admin Setup
- Coordinate final Bullhorn API access requirements
- Validate Bullhorn administrator and LinkedIn administrator roles

- Document required credentials, access points, and account dependencies

- Validate Bullhorn REST API authentication flow
- Review OAuth, BhRestToken, REST URL, and Corp Token behavior
- Confirm JobOrder fields used for publishing eligibility
- Validate Career Portal URL and Bullhorn Job ID requirements

Testing & Launch Support
- Test sample jobs from Bullhorn into LinkedIn Apply Connect
- Validate applicant flow back into Bullhorn
- Troubleshoot configuration issues with IDP, Bullhorn, or LinkedIn as needed
- Prepare handoff notes for recruiters and administrators
4. Deliverables
Bullhorn REST API validation
Confirmation of the Bullhorn REST API access path, authentication behavior, and technical requirements for ongoing integration support.
Apply Connect enablement support
Technical support around Bullhorn and LinkedIn Apply Connect setup items, administrator requirements, and configuration dependencies.
Job eligibility review
Review of required Bullhorn JobOrder fields, including open/public status, title, location, public description, and Bullhorn Job ID behavior.
URL requirement validation
Validation that the Career Portal URL structure is compatible with Bullhorn and LinkedIn Apply Connect requirements, including Job ID placement.
End-to-end test flow
Testing of sample jobs through the Bullhorn-to-LinkedIn workflow and applicant return path into Bullhorn.
Admin handoff notes
Concise documentation for IDP explaining the operating workflow, required job fields, known dependencies, and escalation points.

The $450 deposit authorizes NodeFlo to begin access validation, configuration review, testing, and integration support. The remaining $1,050 balance is payable upon completion of the agreed scope.
6. Timeline & Review Process
Total Duration
Approximately 1-2 weeksThe timeline is an estimate based on timely access to Bullhorn and LinkedIn administrator resources. Because the initial Bullhorn and LinkedIn Apply Connect conversations have already started, the work can move directly into validation, configuration, and testing once approved.
The 1-2 week schedule begins once the deposit is complete and required access is available. Waiting time for Bullhorn enablement, LinkedIn administrator action, or third-party support responses may extend the launch date.
7. Technical Implementation
Bullhorn REST API
Validate REST API authentication and session handling, including OAuth, BhRestToken, REST URL, and Corp Token-aware request structure.
Apply Connect setup
Support the Bullhorn and LinkedIn configuration requirements needed for Apply Connect to publish jobs and return applicants correctly.
JobOrder rules
Review required JobOrder fields and eligibility rules, including isOpen, isPublic, location, description, and Bullhorn Job ID requirements.
Testing path
Validate the end-to-end operating flow from Bullhorn job setup to LinkedIn visibility and applicant return into Bullhorn.
8. System Responsibilities
Bullhorn remains source of truth
- Recruiters create and update jobs in Bullhorn
- Open/public job status controls publishing eligibility
- Job ID remains the canonical identifier
- LinkedIn applicants return into Bullhorn through Apply Connect
NodeFlo supports enablement
- Validate access, API behavior, and configuration requirements
- Coordinate technical setup items with IDP stakeholders
- Test sample jobs and applicant flow behavior
- Document the operating process for IDP administrators
This scope does not include a custom Framer job board, website careers page design, Framer CMS publishing, localization work, or careers subdomain setup. Those items can be scoped separately if IDP decides to revisit a public website job board later.
9. Revisions, Ownership & Support
In-scope refinements
Reasonable refinements are included through launch readiness, provided they remain within the approved Apply Connect/API enablement scope.
Configuration handoff
After the project fee is paid in full, IDP receives the configuration notes, field mapping, testing notes, and handoff documentation created by NodeFlo.
Third-party platforms
Bullhorn, LinkedIn, and any other third-party services remain subject to their own access, API, licensing, approval, and platform rules.
Additional scope
Custom job boards, Framer CMS sync, candidate creation APIs, automated translation, dashboards, alerts, or ongoing maintenance may be scoped separately.
10. Client Responsibilities
Provide or coordinate final API credentials, administrator access, and any remaining Bullhorn Support follow-up needed for enablement.
Provide the LinkedIn Recruiter administrator contact and support Apply Connect configuration items as needed.
Provide one or more representative Bullhorn jobs for testing publish eligibility and applicant return behavior.
Review field requirements, test results, and launch-readiness items in a timely and consolidated manner.
11. Acceptance
Approve the project and reserve the setup window.
By approving this Statement of Work and submitting the $450 deposit, International Digital Partners authorizes NodeFlo to begin the Bullhorn and LinkedIn Apply Connect API enablement scope under the payment schedule and terms above.
