Effective Date July 28, 2026

1. Project Overview

NodeFlo will produce a premium company brand video that positions International Digital Partners as the bridge between U.S. teams and exceptional technology professionals across South America.

The approximately 45–50 second video will combine refined kinetic motion graphics, curated footage, voiceover, music, and sound design. Its purpose is to make IDP’s model easy to understand, emotionally credible, and useful across the website, sales process, and marketing ecosystem.

The central idea: distance no longer defines connection. The strongest teams are built around shared working hours, real partnership, and people closest to the mission.

2. Purpose & Utilization

This is designed as a core company asset rather than a one-time campaign video. The English and Portuguese versions give IDP one consistent story that can work across markets and stages of the buyer journey.

6. Timeline & Review Process

Total Duration

7 business days
PhaseTargetKey Activities
Phase 1Finalize
Day 0–1
Final script approval, brand alignment, voice direction, and scene planning.
Phase 2Produce
Days 1–4
Editing, footage, kinetic graphics, voiceover, music, and the first fully assembled rough cut.
Phase 3Refine & Deliver
Days 5–7
Consolidated revisions, PT-BR localization, campaign assets, quality control, and final handoff.

The first rough draft will be a fully assembled direction, including music, graphics, voiceover, and footage, so the IDP team can respond to the complete experience rather than isolated pieces.

Schedule dependency

The seven-business-day schedule begins once payment is complete and the final script is approved. Final delivery depends on timely, consolidated feedback. Waiting time between review rounds may move the delivery date by the same amount.

7. Reusable Motion Brand Kit

IDP brand foundation

  • Existing logos, colors, fonts, and guidelines
  • Established visual language and approved usage
  • Current core messaging and positioning
  • Brand assets already maintained by NodeFlo

Created by NodeFlo

  • Kinetic typography and title treatments
  • Connection, radius, and system motion motifs
  • Transitions, pacing rules, and graphic styling
  • Logo animation and adaptable end-card system

No additional brand-asset handoff is required from IDP. The motion graphics created for this video will establish a reusable brand kit rather than a collection of one-off effects. IDP can carry the same visual language into future videos, presentations, social campaigns, and sales assets.

8. Revisions, Ownership & Licensing

Unlimited in-scope revisions

Revisions continue through final approval with no hard round cap. A new concept, material rewrite after script approval, or additional deliverable outside this SOW may require a revised scope.

Full project-file handoff

After payment, IDP owns the final videos, custom graphics, approved scripts, campaign assets, and organized working project files created by NodeFlo for this engagement.

No NodeFlo publication fee

IDP may publish and reuse the completed work without an ongoing license, royalty, or additional publication fee owed to NodeFlo.

Third-party rights included

Applicable commercial publication rights for licensed music and any agreed third-party production assets are included in the project fee. Those underlying assets remain subject to their original license terms.

9. Review & Approval

One decision-maker

A designated point of contact to consolidate approvals.

Timely feedback

Consolidated notes returned within one business day when possible.

NodeFlo will work from the IDP brand assets already on file.
